Job Description

  • Provide technical and repair support service for products in the region assigned by the Regional Service Manager
  • Conduct product installation, and develop operation / maintenance guide for customers
  • Ensure smooth flow of repair by collaborating and cooperating with regional sales team to meet customer expectations 
  • Maintain proper records of job-flow/ work orders and spares utilization and inventory
  • Strict adherence to company policies & procedures
  • Develop relationships with key customers and be responsible for achieving the budgeted AMCs/CMCs revenues for the region and collection of AR.

Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:

  • Degree holder in Engineering with specialization in Biomedical Engineering preferred.
  • At least 3-4years in Medical Devices / Equipment industry with responsibility for service revenues
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
