Job Description:

First point of contact for service and implementation of Laboratory IT applications with a strong infrastructure component:

 

  •  Responsible for the implementation of a global Nugenesis and laboratory IT integration program
  •  Responsible for global Laboratory IT infrastructure program (access control, Firewall configuration, instrument PC integration, data security and integrity, backup and restore of relevant applications and data)
  •  Lead Service Delivery Manager for above mentioned programs
  •  Solution architect for relevant applications
  •  Coordination of external suppliers

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experiences in customer service and project leadership for GMP systems or platforms within global Pharma, Healthcare & LifeSciences companies
  •  Knowledge of GMP  and related regulations associated with Pharmaceutical product manufaturing
  •  Experiences working with Oracle / MS SQL Server, Application Servers, Middleware, distributed infrastructure, file sharing systems, backup and restore applications, technical infrastructure
  •  Understanding of overall Sevice Desk and service delivery processes and objectives (ITIL)
  •  Excellent communication skills and ability to act as link between Org IT infrastructure teams and business stakeholders
  •  Customer oriented attitude and willingness for continuous learning
