As a Senior Population Health Strategy Executive you will be aligning and enhancing business relationships between clients, population health consulting and services leadership teams for optimal client outcomes. You will be developing as well as managing a holistic approach to an organizational consulting relationship, with a focus on strategic services, new models of care and population health solutions. You'll advise clients across a wide variety of services, including business strategy, market positioning, organizational behavior, financial and management controls, human resources, information technology, e-business and operations, and supply-chain management. Develop formal structures for an accountability-based Cerner-client relationship that promotes sustained alignment and continuous performance improvement as a key member of Population Health. You will ultimately be responsible for understanding the breadth of Cerner Consulting Operations so relationships, services and solutions translate into value and adoption for both the client and Cerner. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 10 years of health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
- At least 3 year of management of executive relationships work experience
- At least 6 years of healthcare industry experience
- Regulatory and payment reform experience
- ACO work experience
- Location of Kansas City or an approved metro location
