NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Privileged Access Management Engineer to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
The CA PAM Architect will use broad and deep identity management expertise to act as an expert in Privileged Access Management (PAM) Services for our customers.
***This position requires working onsite daily in Richmond, VA, or ability to work remotely in the U.S. with 50% travel to Richmond, VA.
- Implement CA PAM for large projects, from hardware to installation and configuration of the tool - Develop design documentation, define standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and implementation/deployment plans for privileged account security and identity governance solutions - Support the design, deployment and integration of privileged account security solutions, including access controls with integration to Active Directory and LDAP-compliant directories, integration with advanced authentication tools like CA Advanced Authentication, DAPE (Deny All, Permit by Exception) model to control access for high-risk users, User Activity Monitoring, Event Recording, and Centralized Reporting. - Define PAM Governance Framework and PAM Requirements - Discover privileged end points and number of privilege credentials using CA PAM Tool - Identify the stakeholders - Operations, InfoSec, Audit and Compliance, Infrastructure - Provide expert guidance to Customer for implementation of all Components of CA PAM, including discussions on technical concepts and interdependencies - Develop support documentation and perform knowledge transfer - Provide operational support and maintenance of existing CA PAM solutions - Provide after-hours and on-call production support when required
Basic Requirements: - Undergraduate degree and 7+ years relevant identity access management solutions design experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience - 4+ years of expertise building and delivering PAM solutions with CA Privilege Access Manager - Experience integrating with 500+ Windows End points (Servers, Workstation), UNIX end points
