***Candidates must reside in one of the following areas: Cincinnati, OH; Lexington, KY
- Participate in the development of training programs
- Prepare training related materials
- Report training metrics and generate training related reports
- Work on ad - hoc projects and events
- Schedule classes
- Understanding of CPS claim processing, procedure and workflow
- Functions as liaison between Training and Operations and improve performance
- Quality data analysis to identify trending for claim and / or call coaching opportunities
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Must live within a commutable distance to one of the following site locations: Cincinnati, OH; Lexington, KY
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel within the assigned Territories.
- Ability to work within core business hours with overtime, including evening and weekend hours, based on the needs of the business.
- Presentation and facilitation experience
- Experience in managing multiple projects for completion
