The Senior Clinical Program Manager will be responsible for the clinical program development, ongoing program outcomes evaluation, and future program enhancements necessary to create a differentiated clinical program solution that produces meaningful value to each key stakeholder.  This individual will focus on program management development, service delivery and the incorporation of best practices with proven outcomes.

 

Specifically, the Senior Clinical Program Manager will be directly accountable for the development of a comprehensive clinical and operational design for the company’s oncology therapy program.  The goal is to build a strong oncology Therapy Solution program that drives high quality of care outcomes and surpasses key stakeholder expectations.

 

As the BriovaRx Infusion business continues to experience growth at rates higher than the industry average, the need to standardize our clinical approach to core and new clinical therapies is imperative.  Developing a new and market-differentiated oncology program through the collaboration of internal partners will help us achieve this goal. There are opportunities with key partners to evaluate, build and deliver a differentiated experience for people living with cancer and to support the best site of care alternatives that drive better outcomes and an overall enhanced patient experience. This position will be charged with building the clinical delivery model as a true product solution that delivers the expected outcomes while supporting the projected business growth.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creating the overall program’s process framework based on internal and external research (e.g. purpose, mission, goals, and objectives)

  • Predicting emerging customer needs and developing innovative solutions to meet those needs

  • Solving unique and complex problems seen in the delivery of this therapy

  • Developing the overarching business case and business vision to achieve the key objectives for the Oncology therapy program

  • Identifying the skill, knowledge, and certification requirements necessary for clinical and operational process implementation

  • Ability to translate highly complex concepts in ways that could be understood by a variety of internal and external audiences

  • Developing internal relationships to direct cross - functional and / or cross - segment teams in the build-out of the program

  • Conducting analysis of data, metrics, information and reports to develop the key productivity, clinical and financial outcomes expected as part of this program

  • Collecting information, input, data and additional subject matter expertise relevant to identifying best practices

  • Identifying internal and external trends and business opportunities (such as market competition, new technology applications, etc.) and identifies opportunities for further program enhancements

  • Gathering data points and respond to customer, regulatory or internal program evaluation requests

 

The position would interact with subject matter experts in the development and maintenance of an Oncology Therapy Program:

  • General Managers

  • Project Management resources

  •  

  • 2+ year experience direct clinical program development - i.e. clinical frameworks, business models, key program objectives

  • 5 years of experience in a clinical / healthcare organization

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data and apply to decision making / recommendations

  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

 

  • Registered Nurse or Registered Pharmacist

  • Experience in hazardous drug handling and pharmacy regulations. Experienced and familiar with USP <797>,  USP <800> , NIOSH and ISMP

  • 3+ years of direct program delivery for the oncology population

  • 3+ years of clinical program design and implementation experience

  • Experience working cross-functionally inclusive of: Sales, Nursing, Intake staff, Analytics
